Acid whey drink
The waste of expensive raw materials is one of the main problems for producers of cottage cheese, mozzarella, quark and yogurt that undergo phase separation, for example. After processing, there is a large by-product left over in the form of acid whey. Our concept for an affordable whey drink allows producers to utilize by-products and minimize food waste by up to 100%. The addition of our whey-based ingredients ensures a refreshing texture, standardized protein content and a stable, long-lasting shelf life.

This concept is contributing to the VALORISE project on the utilization of dairy by-products in Kenya.
